In occasion of the Gitex Technology Week Exhibition 2017 to be held in Dubai (Oct. 8, 2017 – Oct. 12, 2017), Dubai Multi Commodities Center (DMCC) is offering a discount to setup business within its free zone.
Companies that wish to start a business in Dubai, should take advantage and save 11,000 AED on company setup.
The applicant, in respect of setting up a new company or a branch company, has to follow a specific procedure that consists of three different stages.
In the first stage, an online initial application with payment of related fees and signature of terms and conditions have to be submitted.
The second stage implies the payment of the remaining balance of fees and the execution of the Memorandum and Articles of Association and any other documentation required by DMCC.
At the third stage, the applicant has to provide all the further documentation in respect of the application requested by DMCC.
The license will then be issued, subject to DMCC’s approval.
In order to benefit of the discount, the first stage has to be completed between Sept. 24, 2017 and Nov. 16, 2017, while the second stage must be completed within a period of 90 days of completion of the first stage and the third stage must be completed within 90 days of completion of the second stage.
The discount will not be offer to the applicants who have previously submitted an initial application or to exist member companies who wish to renew or amend their license.
